Just because somedays you need punch something to make yourself feel stronger, and release some frustration. So, why not the whole day. Give what ever Sh*t up that you are complaining about and go do something about it.
Sore? Rest your body for god sakes.
Mad at your partner? go apologize for what you did in that
Tired? eat some good food
Want this baby out? You've done it for 9 months, you can do 1 more day
Frustrated you didn't accomplish everything you wanted? Go easy on yourself, you are growing a human
If your baby is here....
Feeling alone? You have a cell phone you look at all day, use it to call someone
Your house isn't clean? tell a mother who has been there, she knows, and she'll help
Can't get breastfeeding to go well? Get into bed for 24 hours and do not focus on anything else.
You have the power to do something about it... you are a mother for crying out loud.
