Well, I am happy to assume that you are someone who is doing your ‘homework’ and looking for the best possible outcomes for your experience during pregnancy and birthing time.

You are a mother, husband, partner, woman, Doctor, Midwife, Nurse, grandparent, biological parent, adopting parent, brother, uncle, surrogate, auntie, cousin, a peer or friend.

You are looking for information for a woman and baby you care about.  A woman who is expecting her 1st or 5th child.

You have questions.  At first it may be a few, but then the more in-depth you look, you may consider more options.     Like where is the best place to birth a baby?  How do I choose the best care provider?  What does a drug free birth look like? What does a medicated birth look like?  What are the choices on tests and exams?  How can I encourage breastfeeding?

You have opinions.  Many of them, and you want your voice heard.

You have ideas of what birth could look like and you want to clarify that it can be done that way.

You have worries and fears.  You want to be validated and have support during the times that you need it the most.

You have joys and expectations that are to be fulfilled.  You want empowerment.

You are relaxed and want to go with the flow, but don’t want to hand over your ability to make decisions.

You love to control situations, and want to learn how to relax.

You are making important decisions and want to make sure they are the right ones for you.  I commend you for taking a very important step in that process and I encourage you to contact me to learn more about how I can contribute to your experience.
